Weezy doing punk rock, I like it!
Sweden's Staygold featuring Robyn, Naeem of Spank Rock, and Damien Adore. The song is called "Backseat" and it's a trashy nu disco ballad.

This one of the most surreal things I've ever seen. If you have time, watch the whole series. It won't make you feel good. But it will make you think. Also, watch the Vice guide to North Korea. You won't even believe that this stuff is really going on.

Teaming With Nuclear Family Producer Scott Thorough, Bisco Delivers Genre Bending Remix For The Broadcast's Newest Single
Let's be honest. This is unpractical. It's a Big IPhone that isn't a phone. People will line up to buy this thing like it's the key to eternal life. I'm in the wrong buisness.

So I went to North Central High school in Indy ( Panthers what what!!) Some other high schools I hate include Carmel, Ben Davis and Of course Lawrence North and Central. I lived in Lawrence township till the 7th grade. What a shit hole with a car air freshener on top of it that joint is. I really hated Lawrence North because they always cheated and brought old ass 20 years olds posing as freshman to their bball squad. No bigger idiot is the too tall one leg longer than the other Greg Oden. The internet is abuzz ( unlike his NBA career) about some nude photos he sent to a girlfriend. This is some myspace in the bathroom let me show you my junk type-ish. To see them click here

Stones Throw is dropping the anthology The Minimal Wave Tapes in January - a collection of underground DIY electronic music from North America and Europe in the late 1970s and 80s. The founder of the Minimal Wave record label Veronica Vasicka put together this 40-minute mix which includes a couple tracks by artists who are on the anthology, several who are not, and some tracks she's just really into right now.
These tracks were all created with analog synths and drum machines from the 70s until now, and most were originally released on limited edition cassettes or vinyl by the artists themselves. Check out more about this anthology, music genre, and the label itself:

TURBO from Jarrett Lee Conaway on Vimeo.
TURBO is a high adrenaline short film in the tradition of the Karate Kid and Tron. It tells the story of Hugo Park (Justin Chon, Twilight) a troubled youth whose only outlet for angst is a 4D fighting videogame called “Super Turbo Arena”. When Pharaoh King (Jocko Sims, Crash the Series), the Michael Jordan of cyber-sports, announces a tournament to determine who will join his pro-team, Hugo's sets his eyes on the prize. But, Hugo isn't the only gamer who wants fame and glory. If Hugo wants to win he's going to have to beat Shamus (David Lehre, Epic Movie), the all time Turbo champ at the local Pandemonium arcade, and Ruse Kapri, a feisty prep girl that knows how to win. Realizing he can't win on his skill alone, Hugo turns to his brother Tobias a former kick-boxer whose last match left him wheel-chair ridden. Together the two will mend old wounds and see if a washed up street fighter can teach a troubled teen how to become a virtual gladiator!

You know HeavyGun is Colts ALL DAY, EVERYDAY!!! So in honor of the Colts super bowl run this year the Mudkids have released a follow up to ‘Rock N’ Roll (Go Blue)’, an anthem that ran rampant during the ‘06-’07 Super Bowl run of our beloved INDIANAPOLIS COLTS. OK stop reading this and download the joint! GO Colts!!!
I feel bad Gunners. I haven't given all you Hip-hop junkies anything to feast on in a while. But, have no fear. I haven't forgot you guys. Hip- Hop is still near and dear to my young heart. Yesterday, I went through some of my beats and found this jewel that I played for the Scribble Jam beat battle here in Indy in '08. Grey Granite has been begging me to release those beats as an album because they all the beats had a Blaxpotation theme. I still might but who knows. Anyway, I did want to throw some of the beats out to the people as a kinda snack (a la' Dilla Donuts). The beat is only a minute (because of beat battle time constraints) but it's an enjoyable minute imo. I acted the whole thing out on stage because I was feeling goofy at the time. It was hilarious. Anyway, enjoy this little ear-snack and look forward to more Hip-Hop treats from ya boi in the near future! Peace. J.Brookinz

Although an official download release was scheduled for next week, the latest from Gorillaz has now hit the net. A cut from the upcoming album, Plastic Beach, “Stylo”, finds the world’s biggest animated band collaborating with Mos Def and Bobby Womack. Five years on from the release of Demon Days, Murdoc Niccals and co. return with Plastic Beach. The band have taken up residence, recording on a secret floating island deep in the South Pacific, a Plastic Beach HQ, made up of the detritus, debris and washed up remnants of humanity. This Plastic Beach is the furthest point from any landmass on Earth; the most deserted spot on the planet. A release can be expected on March 9th, but until then, 2 Dope Boyz provide the track, available below.

dinnerware set by Lovegrove & Repucci
The classic tradition of Dutch Delft craftsmanship hits the streets of New York City. Presenting the ‘New York Delft’ Porcelain dinnerware collection. Each place setting is made of fine porcelain and has five pieces; a dinner plate, side plate, soup bowl, cup and saucer.
The XV kick continues. Dude just dropped Bad Newz pt. 2. It rocks. It's quite refreshing to hear someone that's completely honest on tracks. Xv is not holding back and that's why I dig the kids music. Anyway gunners, download this and enjoy. He rips this Kanye Bad News track to shreds.
The homie DJ Metrognome has been working hard on this mix for a minute! And now it's here. This is not to be slept on people. It's a mix of Soul Heavyweights and Up-and- comers. And, it's Metro so you know it's going to be fresh and well thought out. So listen carefully because you know he's going to throw some hidden jewels in there. (via RubyHornet)

The Associated Press
RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. - Glen W. Bell Jr., an entrepreneur best known as the founder of the Taco Bell chain, has died. He was 86.
Bell died Sunday at his home in Rancho Santa Fe, according to a statement posted Monday on the Taco Bell Web site.
The Irvine-based company did not release a cause of death.
"Glen Bell was a visionary and innovator in the restaurant industry, as well as a dedicated family man," Greg Creed, president of Taco Bell, said in the statement.
Bell launched his first restaurant, called Bell's Drive-In, in 1948 in San Bernardino after seeing the success of McDonald's. His restaurant sought to take advantage of Southern California's car culture by serving hamburgers and hot dogs through drive-in windows.
The World War II veteran next helped establish Taco Tias in Los Angeles, El Tacos in the Long Beach area, and Der Wienerschnitzel, a national hot dog chain.
Bell launched Taco Bell in 1962 in Downey after cutting ties with his business partners and quickly expanding around Los Angeles.
He sold the first Taco Bell franchise in 1964. In 1978, Bell sold his 868 Taco Bell restaurants to PepsiCo for $125 million in stock.
Taco Bell is now owned by Yum! Brands and is the largest Mexican fast-food chain in the nation, serving more than 36.8 million consumers each week in more than 5,600 U.S. locations.
Bell is survived by his wife, Martha, three sisters, two sons and four grandchildren.
A private funeral is planned.

For some reason I kinda feel this is what record company execs are like behind closed doors. Hence the title. Who is doing that dudes voice. Is that Pharaoh Monch? Anyway, this skit is hilarious!
I was also one of five people who owned this album. I was Wu-Tang-ed out back in the day. The skit at the beginning of this song is classic. Wu made dissing 50 Cent popular way before anybody else. West Coast accents > any other accent
A classic. These guy were REALLY high when they made this.
I couldn't find a lot of my favorites. I guess people don't put skits on YouTube. I'll try to find some more. 1st up! Styles P Shits Done Changed Skit...I LOVE that one!!!
